Alamo Group Snow & Ice Welcomes Matt Frank as Territory Sales Manager for the Western U.S.

We’re proud to announce the newest member of our team, Matt Frank, who joins us as Territory Sales Manager for the Western United States, effective June 16, 2025.

Matt will be responsible for driving sales across our complete line of airport-focused products, including Tyler Ice, RPM Tech, Wausau, SMI, Snogo, and others throughout the Western U.S.

His deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience make him a natural fit for this strategic role.

Matt spent the past 25 years at Top Dog Services, one of North America’s top airport maintenance contractors, where he served as Director of Operations. There, he led large-scale airport maintenance programs, managed complex equipment deployments, and built trusted relationships with airport authorities across the country.

His involvement as a committee member for the Buffalo Snow Symposium—the largest airport snow and ice control conference in the U.S.—further demonstrates his commitment to the industry and its evolution.
